He has over 20 years of management experience in institutions linked with the federal government and not-for-profit organizations. Don Jones has a background in establishing operational strategies and policies promoting positive company culture. His motivation, experience, and advice will help students plan, reach, and exceed their professional goals as entrepreneurs. Don Jones is passionate about providing opportunities and resourceful options for a diverse student body to enhance communities with a transformative philosophy.

Sherrie Pearson-Jackson is a seasoned administrator with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. She has a passion for helping people reach their full potential and has dedicated her career to creating an environment that fosters growth and development. Her expertise extends to an array of disciplines not limited to strategic planning, process improvement, and team building. With a dynamic ability to motivate, she inspires others to achieve their goals.

Vincent Williams is an accomplished business leader and community advocate who has dedicated his career to driving economic growth and development in underserved communities. As the Director of Operations for Entrepreneurs Academy, a 501 (C)(3) organization rooted in the Austin community of Chicago, he is committed to helping socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, including those from the LGBT community and formerly incarcerated individuals, re-enter society and achieve their entrepreneurial dreams. The organization provides a comprehensive curriculum of entrepreneurship training, workshops, advising services, and technical assistance, with a unique focus on mental health moments to destigmatize mental health services within minority communities.

As the Principal Owner of 1st Capital Wealth Management & Insurance Group, Richard Chew and his team of financial professionals specialize in helping consumers, business owners, and professionals assess their current assets and future income needs, developing tailored plans efficiently. With almost three decades of experience, Richard is dedicated to finding the right investment and retirement solutions to meet each client's unique needs.

Meet Melvin Aninagyei-Bonsu, From Huntley, Illinois, with roots in Accra, Ghana. Melvin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting from Washington University in St. Louis, where he was a two-sport athlete, excelling as both the starting running back on the football team and a National Qualifier in the Triple Jump for the track team. Melvin was also the Co-President of Washington University's Investment Banking Association and is now a member of SEO. Currently, he is a Restructuring Investment Banking Analyst at Lazard in Chicago, IL.
